General

All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

 

Prices

To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent via the order form on this website.

All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place.

 

Delivery

Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by Interlink service, which will be Standard. And will included Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands are by Interlink International and are priced as Mainland UK. All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by email. A 10 day delivery (at least 2 working days notice required for delivery under the 10 days at an extra charge) is adopted.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

Parcels will need to be signed for on receipt.

 

Returns

Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

 

Payment

Payment is by credit card basis with order, via the web site.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

 

Reservation of title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

 

"FREE Gift" Promotion Terms & Conditions

Our free gift promotion ends at midnight on Wednesday 14th March 2018.

The “free gift” is a single Bedrock branded gin glass.

In order to qualify for the free gift, you must purchase one 70cl bottle of Bedrock Export Gin in one transaction from the Bedrock Gin website.

Separate transactions cannot be combined under any circumstances to qualify for the offer.

The free gift cannot be substituted for any other product, cash or credit.

Customers are only entitled to ONE free gift for each Export bottle purchased – those purchasing two 70cl Bedrock Export Gin bottles in one order will receive two Bedrock gin glasses, and so on.

The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order.

The free gift must be returned in the event you return any part of your order to us for a refund.

Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

The prices displayed at www.bedrockgin.co.uk include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.

The consumer will receive free delivery when purchasing two or more 70cl bottles of Bedrock Gin in one order. Standard delivery cost is £3.95. Any order which does not include a minimum of two 70cl bottles of Bedrock Gin will not be valid for free delivery.

Prices in store, catalogue and online may vary.
